1. Apply a thin layer of clear or black Lashie Liner along your lash line. Do not let liner dry before step two.
Pro Tip: Start at the inside of lash line and extend to the outer corner.

2. While Lashie Liner is still wet, grab your NEW Lashies eyelash style and lay it on your liner.
Pro Tip: Use your Lash Applicator tool to press Lashie lash band into your natural lash bed.

3. Your Lashies will instantly bond to Lashie Liner. No dry time needed.

1: What is Nanogrip Technolgy?

NanoGrip Technology is not glue. It’s the newest innovation in lashes engineered by MoxieLash. Lashies feature a NanoGrip Technology band that is activated by our Lashie Liner to create a glue-free, magnet-free attraction. With over 25 uses per lash, we guarantee that you will absolutely love Lashies.

2: What is the difference between MoxieLash Magnetic Lashes & Lashies?

Lashies by MoxieLash is a product unlike anything else in the market. Our silicone band with our exclusive NanoGrip Technology provides all-day wear and comfort without magnets, metals, or glue.

3: How do I know which style is best for me?

We offer a number of different shapes and sizes to fit everyone’s mood and eye shape. From a tapered lash for hooded eyes, to a curly lash fit perfectly for deep-set eyes. 4: How do I clean my Lashies

Cleaning your Lashies is quick and easy with these following steps:

  • After removing your Lashies lashes use a clean q-tip and our All in One makeup remover (oil free micellar water works as well).
  • You can clean your lashes with both precision and a gentle touch to remove any liner collected on the silicone band throughout the day.
  • Gently swipe and roll the cleaner against the Lashies band to clean away liner residue from the end of your day.
  • Once clean, return your Lashies to their case for storing until the next time you use them.
  • For best results we do recommend cleaning your Lashies NanoGrip silicone bands between each use. Avoid using any product with oil as an ingredient as this will cause damage to your Lashies products.
  • Lashies by Moxie is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of product.
  • 5: How long will my Lashies last?

    Lashies lashes, with proper care and storage, can last up to 25 uses. A Lashies liner bottle has up to 50 applications depending on the size of the liner purchased.

    6: What are your shipping timelines?

  • Domestic orders typically take up to 8 business days from when they were placed to be delivered (depending on where you are located and which shipping service chosen).
  • Due to COVID-19, all couriers are experiencing delays affecting all delivery times for customers worldwide. We are monitoring this closely to ensure that customers are receiving their products as quickly as possible.
  • 7: What are the ingredients in Lashie Liner? Is it safe for me?

    Yes, our Lashie Liner is safe for even the most sensitive of eyes. The water-based formula hydrates & smooths the skin while also activating the NanoGrip Technology in the silicone band. If you have eye problems/surgery, please consult your doctor. There are no known side effects with our Lashie Liner. Clear Liner Ingredients: Water, Styrene/acrylates copolymer, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, tocopherol, propylparaben, sodium benzoate, caprylyl glycol. Black Liner Ingredients: Water, Styrene/acrylates copolymer, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, iron oxide, tocopherol, propylparaben, sodium benzoate, caprylyl glycol.

    8: What is your return & exchange policy

    Lashies by MoxieLash is committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction. To maintain these high standards, we have a strict policy of not accepting returned items. If you receive a damaged item in your order, please send us a picture immediately of your item(s) at support@lashies.com. Exchanges: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Lashies by MoxieLash accepts exchange requests within 7 days of order delivery. Exchanges are limited to once per order. Only items of the same type are eligible for exchange. If the items in the exchange request are not equal in price, the customer is responsible for the price increase. Please note that free gifts are non-exchangeable.     9: What are the shipping details?

    Once your order is shipped out of the warehouse, your courier will confirm the tracking information within their system. From there we’ll email you your tracking information so you can keep up to date with your order as it gets closer to your doorstep! We print every shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure that your package is shipping to the right location. If you believe that your address may be incorrect, please reach out to support@lashies.com, direct message, or call a support agent and we'll be happy to verify or correct this information for you. We cannot correct any addresses once an order has been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for any corrections. Orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Expedited shipping does not affect processing times. Standard shipping costs: Domestic: $5.95 International: $9.95 Lashies by Moxie is not responsible for customs fees determined by government regulations. The couriers we use to deliver your packages are through USPS, FedEx, and local post for international orders. All couriers are independent agencies and are not operated under or by Lashies by Moxie. These agencies conduct their own businesses within their own standards and abide by their own rules and regulations.

    10: How Do I Cancel My Order?

    Great question. We're sad to understand that you would like to cancel your order, but Lashies by Moxie is always happy to take this request. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped out of our warehouse already. Any orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled as these orders cannot be recalled back to the warehouse.
